This tariff contains the regulations and rates applicable to the provision of International Message Telecommunications Service, from its Points of Presence on the one hand, to international points, as specified herein, on the other hand. Service is furnished subject to the availability of facilities and subject to transmission, atmospheric and like conditions. Minimum timing per message is one minute. Timing of additional minutes and fractions thereof will be rounded to the next full minute for each message.
